When you contact us, we’ll start by scheduling an in-home consultation. At that meeting, we’ll ask you questions about your project, take measurements, and help you select colors (if needed). We’ll answer any questions you may have about our company and the painting process, and provide you with a written quote for the work you need done.
Once you agree to the written estimate, we’ll schedule your job for a time that works for you. Before any work begins, the job site manager will review everything with you to make sure everyone is on the same page. We’ll also keep you in the loop with daily communication throughout the project. We believe communication is key to the success of a project!
Your walls or cabinets will be properly prepped to ensure your paint job lasts as long as possible. We will also take great care in protecting your floors and furnishings (for interior painting projects) and your plants and hardscape (for exterior painting projects). At the end of each day, our crew will tidy up to a “broom clean” standard, and at the completion of the project, we will do a thorough cleanup.
Your job site manager will do a walkthrough with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the work we performed.
