We recently completed work at the home of Connie in Mission Hills. Connie’s home was built in 1926, so as you can imagine, it has lots of detail and charm to it, including lots of molding and trim that needed to be painted. Connie hired us to paint the interior of her beautiful historic home, and after finishing the painting, we asked Connie if she would provide us with a video testimonial for our company’s YouTube channel. We are happy to say that she obliged.

Connie had nothing but enthusiastic praise for the work done on her home. When we asked her about the experience she had with PaintGreen, she responded, “Couldn’t have been better. Really, really, really great experience.”

She also had very complimentary words to say about our crew, calling them “…very easy to work with,” and said, “I’m a single, older woman and [the members of the PaintGreen crew] were so respectful and so easy to be with.”

This is an important point that Connie makes, and we’re glad she mentioned it in her testimonial video. Feeling comfortable with the people they let in their home is very important to many of our customers.

At PaintGreen, we are very careful in our hiring process. We don’t just hire people with experience in house painting. We also do background checks and ask a lot of questions to determine the type of character they have. We only hire painters who we feel are trustworthy.

When it came to the actual painting of her house, Connie said that we did “…exquisite work!” She also commended that “…the work was so good! I never expected it to be this good!” She almost seemed surprised at the outcome—like she had prepared herself for a less-than-satisfactory outcome. We are so happy that we were able to exceed her expectations and provide her with the beautifully painted house she deserves!

Connie concluded the interview by saying that she had already referred our San Diego house painting company to her neighbor with an historic Victorian home! Referrals are the best compliments we can hope to receive as a business.
