Here at PaintGreen, we’re always looking for new ways to connect with San Diego homeowners who are looking for a professional house painting company that will provide them with a quality paint job and excellent customer service at a fair price. Even though we have a website with a blog, a Facebook page, and have profiles on sites like Yelp, Angie’s List, Better Business Bureau, and Porch, there are still San Diegans who haven’t heard of us.
So, we decided to start a YouTube channel.
YouTube allows us to connect with people in a whole new way—through video. There’s only so much you can convey through still photos and written descriptions. With video, we are able to offer a more complete picture of our work.
Some of the first videos we posted on our YouTube channel were customer testimonials. In these videos, we ask our customers a few simple questions about the work we did and their experience working with the team at PaintGreen. As you’ll see, some homeowners offer simple answers, while others go into a little more detail about their experience, but all will say we delivered on what we promised and did a great job painting their homes.
As our YouTube channel grows, we plan to add other types of videos. For example, we plan on doing some home walk-throughs at the completion of painting jobs. That way, you can see our work in detail, and maybe even get some inspiration for your own home. We also anticipate posting some “behind-the-scenes” type of videos. These will give you an idea of what to expect when one of our crews comes to your house for a painting project and maybe offer some tips on what to look for in a San Diego house painter.
The overall goal of the YouTube channel is consumer education. Not only do we want San Diego homeowners to think of us when they are in need of a house painter, but we also want to show people what they deserve when they spend their hard-earned money on a professional paint job. They should be completely satisfied with the work and with the overall experience. In other words, they should learn from our videos that they don’t have to settle for work that’s just “OK” when they hire a painter or painting company.
Not all San Diego painting companies are like PaintGreen. They may not cover your floors and furnishings like we do when we paint the interior of a home, or protect your plants and hardscape as well as we do when painting an exterior. They also might not give you the flawless results you’re looking for from professionals. In our videos, you can hear straight from our customers’ mouths how satisfied they are with our work and how they wouldn’t hesitate to recommend us to their friends and families.
Our YouTube channel is still new, but keep checking back, because we plan on posting many more videos in the near future.
